Continued Concierge Care for patient who have established care with me through the Issels and Brio Medical Treatment Programs: Quarterly fees based on relative state of health and expected amount of time and energy needed to provide optimal service.  Based on a tier 1,2, 3, level subject to change as indicated.

Initial consultation (fee required): formal history and physical exam, initial  or additional clinical workup including but not limited to blood lab tests, pathology testing ( tumor "stains" and genomic profiling) and radiology studies as indicated. Plan of care consultation -fee required. Concierge care quarterly fee

Concierge fees are not covered under insurance but laboratory, pathology, imaging tests, specialist referrals, medications are typically covered by insurance
